Ortis Deley employs tech in a bid to match a professional chauffeuring service. His celeb client is Theo Paphitis, who is more used to being whisked around in a £100,000 Range Rover. Will Ortis' offer of the cheapest new car in Britain stuffed with tech provide an equally comfortable ride, or will the Dragon declare himself out?
